Dave;
If your console is displaying dBm instead of mW on transmit, the problem is
with PowerSDR, not the Penelope.

 My Penelope seems to have developed a issue. The power out is good but the
SDR console displays 0 dbm "fwd pwr" no matter what the PA setting is. I
checked the schematic and it is not obvious what components are associated
with the detecting the power out (bridge). Can someone point me to the right
direction?

Has anyone documented what each LED indicates on Mercury, Ozy and Penelope ?
