[hpsdr] WTB Assembled Atlas and Ozy

Hi Chris,

You are quite correct that Magister is the replacement for Ozy.  OzyII is 
currently in development and has a  Gigabit Ethernet interface rather than 
the USB2 used on Ozy and Magister.
