[hpsdr] Transverter setup

I'm in the process of migrating my VHF/UHF+ transverters from my SDR1000 
to my hpsdr stack
When I go to the XVTRs tab and select 'Enable' nothing happens. The rest 
of the line stays greyed out.
With PSDR 1.18.3 that I use with the SDR1K and F3K, when the line is 
enabled it allows entry in the other fields for LO offset, gain, etc.

I've hunted through the Setup, but don't see what I've missed.

I'm running PSDR 1.10.4  svn 2025.

Any ideas?
