[hpsdr] Where have the PowerSDR skins gone?

I decided to try W5WC's latest version of PowerSDR tonight, but for the life of me I can't find a Console Presentation Graphics package to install.  The download link in the readme file doesn't work, and searching for the skins directly on the FlexRadio download site doesn't turn them up.  I even checked some archived messages from the Flex list, and those URLs don't work, either.

Can someone else try to download them, and if successful, either point me in the right direction (preferred) or just send them to me (expedient, but I still don't know where they are).
