[hpsdr] Where have the PowerSDR skins gone?

Ed,

Flex removed them from their web site.  They are repackaging the stuff
for the upcoming v2.0 launch.
There is a message   from Tim W4TME (Re: [Flexradio] Downloads not
working?) explaining it in the Flexradio list.
