[hpsdr] Where have the PowerSDR skins gone?

The next question is where do you put the skins folder?

For Windows XP Version 2002, Service pack 3
it must be placed as follows per Doug Wigley, W5WC:
C:\Documents and Settings
         \<username>
              \Application Data
                   \FlexRadio Systems
                       \PowerSDR
                           \Skins

Note Username cannot be: Default user, All users, or Administrative user! it must be a named user...
