Dear Kjell,

I think that you will need to install .NET Framework V/1.1, unless you have
the PowerSDR source (all of it) and rebuild, using VS2008 or VS2010, and
change the target framework to something newer (like Framework V4, which
goes with VS2010).

.NET Framework V/1.1 goes with VS2003, or maybe it was .NET Framework V/2.0,
which Bill KD5TFD has used to maintain PowerSDR, as that is what it was
written in.

I do know that when I build PowerSDR using VS2008, I'm targeting .Net
Framework V 2.0.
