[hpsdr] .NET Framework V/1.1

Hello Georg.

Thanks for coming back.

I´ll try to tell what my problem is:

I have followed the Quick Startup Guide on Wiki. I first installed the  
PowerSDR (W5WC) with the "skins" and placed them as instructed. At first  
the program did not work but after installing .NET Framework V/4 and  
restarted the PC, it now seems to work.

I then followed the Quick Startup Guide and downloaded the software from  
the svn, moved it to:C:\Program Files\FlexRadio System\HPSDR\PennyMerge\,  
generated a shortcut to the Desktop. When I now try to start PowerSDR, it  
first goes through an initializing process and then starts to load PSDR.  
After a few seconds it stops and give a fault message:

Can not load DLL DttSP.dll (exception from HRESULT:0x8009007E)
at PowerSDR.DttPS.SetupSDR()
at PowerSDR.Radio.ctor()
at PowerSDR.Consol.init()
at PowerSDR.Consol.Main(String[]args)

Windows 7 then tries to solve the program but after a short time the  
process stops and PSDR is not started.

I do not have any problems installing on Windows XP following the same  
procedure.

I hope someone can help???
