As Dave said, the ADOX errors go away when you add the reference.  Once that
reference is added, the errors in database.cs should go away, because they
are all related to ADOX not being there, once you rebuild the PowerSDR
solution.

I indeed have previously built PowerSDR in VS2010, on WinXP SP3, Windows 7
32 bit and Windows 7 64 bit.  If you are running on a 64-bit windows
machine, make sure to generate 32 bit code!  Projects marked 'Any CPU' need
to be changed to 'x86', with possible re-adjustment of the paths of what is
produced to keep them in the same places they are now.
