[hpsdr] Atom board sale

John Melton has added the netbook screen size changes to
the ghpsdr code svn.

If you want to play with ghpsdr on an atom processor, you
can start cheaply by playing on a 1.6GHz netbook under linux. 

It groans with high refresh rates on the panadaptor but
received audio is very nice at 48kHz.

So it should work nicely as a server, which I am about to
try, with another netbook as the gui over wifi with QtRadio.
