[hpsdr] Getting back into HPSDR

I've been out of touch with the HPSDR project for a while, due to 
lack of finances.  Now that things have got more back to normal, I'm 
looking to see what the current state of play is with the project.

I am in need of an assembled Mercury board, as that became available 
just as things were going pear shaped.  I already have Ozy, Atlas and 
Penelope.  Not sure what else I need, other than a suitable HF PA and 
changeover relay.

Anyone else able to bring me up to speed?
