[hpsdr] How to use the phasing slider control, PowerSDR v1.19.3.1.diversityX

In case you're wondering, the new "Phasing" slider control on the
front panel of PowerSDR v.1.19.3.1.diversityX is used to "peak" the Rx
signal in DIVERSITY mode. I find it useful to watch the S-meter
digital read out indication for doing this, maximizing the signal
strength.

For precise setting you should be able to find a signal in the
panadapter display (even if you have to introduce a steady one
yourself (preferably outside the demodulation band showing on the
panadapter) and "null" it with the phasing slider control, then note
the readout of the phase shift, then move the slider to a new position
that is 90 degrees higher or 90 degrees lower than the null setting;
that'll be a peak. Once there you can leave the slider alone for your
operations.

I've put this description on the Wiki too.
