[hpsdr] Mercury jumpers for dual Mercury operations, including diversity operations

The download page for PowerSDR v1.19.3.1.diversity9 (K5SO 5OCT2010)  
now contains photos of the front and back jumpers that should be made  
to configure a Mercury board to be Mercury 1, including

1) enabling the 122.88MHz oscillator on this Mercury

2) jumper for the oscillator to be the 122.88MHz source for this Mercury

3) jumper setting the address for Mercury 1 with multiple Mercury  
boards present

4) jumper providing 10MHz clock from Atlas C16 pin to J8 (EXT CLK IN)  
for the FPGA
