Jeremy NH6Z reminds us that the expression of
interest totals for Alex RX/preselector and
Alex TX/LPF were reset to zero and to re-enter
your intent to order an assembled board.

Jeremy said that it is very unlikely that
TAPR will offer an Alex kit instead of the
assembled boards.

[In the past for HPSDR, TAPR has made one
production run of the boards and waited until
all the boards have been sold (to recoup the
cost of the run), then the designer usually
releases the board to an open hardware license.

I would not expect TAPR to make a second run
of the boards.  If you do not order from TAPR
for the production run, I think that you would
have to wait for all the TAPR boards to be sold,
then after the layout was released, find
someone to manufacture the board, then find the
appropriate torrid cores and other components.
