The Penelope J6 PIN 13 open collector PTT problem with PowerSDR  
v1.19.3.1.diversity2 has been fixed in PowerSDR v1.19.3.1.diversity3  
(K5SO 24SEP2010).  The new version is downloadable at

Thank you very much, Kurt, for bringing the PTT problem to my  
attention.  FYI, the problem was due to a coding error on my part.

Please try out the new version to verify that it works for you too!
