[hpsdr] PowerSDR problem

Maximo, Glen,

FYI, I'm using PowerSDR v1.19.3.3 baseSVN 3444 (W5WC - 2/25/11) Mercury, Metis (the version that came with it...) without any problems at 48, 96 and 192K  sample rates.
