[hpsdr] HPSDR New Production - iQuadLabs Website announcement

Hi everyone,

We finally have something for you to look at!

Dan and I (well, mostly Dan) have set up a new retail outlet for the 
HPSDR boards that have run through the first production cycle and are 
no longer available from TAPR.

The complete storefront is not set up quite yet (so you can't order 
quite yet), but we do have the basic page set up with information on 
the first boards to be offered.

These boards are being built right now, and we will have them 
available right after Dayton. The first half of June is our target 
date, plus or minus any parts issues that may arise. (So far we have 
averted all of those, but there may be some lurking in the ether yet 
still.)  And no, there are no toroids to hold things up! :-)
(The Penelope toroids have been replaced with off-the-shelf 
transformers and filters on Pennylane.)
