[hpsdr] Metis quit working

Hi Joe

Let me better explain what I did.

I updated the firmware in Metis using HPSDRprogrammer. That process
worked fine and I verified that all was working by verifying the new
revision number in PSDR setup.

I failed to read Appendix A of the Metis manual and tried to use the
same procedure to update Mercury, making an assumption (we know what
that does) that the system would recognize what was being updated by
either the name or an embedded flag.

It looked like it competed an update. I don't know if that means that
it programmed Metis with the Mercury code or what? Anyway, afterwards,
the 'Discover' process can't find any Metis boards and PSDR asks if the
system is turned on. When I replace Metis with Ozy, PSDR works fine.

I have not found any way to get a response from Metis.

J1 was never installed.

Thanks for responding

Mike, K7SR
