[hpsdr] 5VDC Power Supply connections

Hi Maximo,
According to the Atlas Schematic +5VDC pins 4, 6, 19, and 20 are bridged,
as are ground pins 3, 5, 7, 13, 15, 16 and 17.

The contacts of the 20 pin ATX connector are rated 6 amps each.
That's likely more than the current required by any six HPSDR boards, so
using one pin is probably enough, but using two would provide some extra
margin and redundancy.

With Penny, Mercury, Metis, and Excalibur, I measure 1.73 amp on the +5V
power supply.
