[hpsdr] Mercury relay noise clicking...

Hi, good morning,

Yesterday I finally finished the 5VDC linear power supply for my HPSDR and I was able to start it first time ever.
It is still on a "test bed" and just running Mercury and Metis over Atlas.

The thing is that yesterday I have been testing it with no antenna and Mercury was producing a noise, a relay noise almost continuesly.
Is that normal?

The noise was similar to a automatic antenna matcher, when trying to match an antenna.
