[hpsdr] Atlas ATX Connector Fully Compatible with PC ATX Supplies?

One thing I forgot to mention was is that when I set mine up for use with the standard shack 13.8V power supply I added two series diodes to the input lead to the PW-200-M. I did that because the +12V supply from the PW-200-M is fed straight through from the power source. Not sure if doing that was truly necessary or not, but it made me feel better.

I have been running the Mini-box PW-200-M that I purchased in the 2007 time frame. I have not noted any noise from it while running either the Janus/Ozy or Mercury/Metis board combinations. I should note though that I have not loaded it any heavier than those two board combinations, so if there is an increase in noise as the load goes up I would not have seen it yet.
That PS comes with a pig tail connector for various HD types, I simply un-soldered those pigtail leads. It directly plugs onto the Atlas power connector.

Before I start a search for electrically quiet ATX supplies, I thought I would verify that Atlas is fully compatible with PC ATX supplies. The goal is to prevent a toasted system.
One more question: A document generated in 2006 shows an Atlas with a PicoPSU ATX power supply. Has anyone recently used one of these?? How quiet are they from an electrical/EMI standpoint?
Any other suggestions?
