[hpsdr] Loading Mercury

Walter,
This all looks fine. It looks like you have a Penny board on the Atlas bus and this is loading via I2C just fine. The failures are due to the fact that you don't have a Janus board on the Atlas bus so this is to be expected.
Mercury does not need to be loaded at start up. When you apply power to Mercury what are the LEDs doing?

More info on this.
It appears that Mercury is not accepting the load at startup..
Attached is the capture during the initialization.
Does this provide any clues to what may be happening ?
Thanks,
Walter/K5WH

Subject: Loading Mercury
Fyi..
Helping a friend out with his HPSDR setup, and we are seeing something that is acting strange, but must be a simple oversight on our part.
Magister, Penelope 1.3, Mercury 2.9, Hercules PA-100 amp installed.
2 failure modes.
PowerSDR version 1.16.3 when we launch PowerSDR , it gives an error message about version numbers for Penolope, Mercury, etc.. then =27 or something, and won't start.
PowerSDR version 1.19.3 launches fine, but when you press start, as it's loading the FPGA etc.. it gets past Penelope, but then just hangs after that.
If I disable the Mercury board in the settings, it will start fine, then enable the Mercury board, the receiver comes up fine as well. (I suspect that's loading whatever is in the FPGA from a previous load)
Am I missing a setting in the startup script ?
Thanks,
Walter/K5WH
