[hpsdr] Power level

Phil,
It would be cool if the user could select the power level displayed. I started out with a 300 watt amplifier strip and now plan a second one through a combiner for 500 to 600 watts.
This way the user could scale operating voltage and get the correct number displayed. I like to watch reflected power displayed at 1/10 forward power. frank
