[hpsdr] Kiss Unified doesn't do wideband spectrum if using USB (bug)

Dear All,

After some correspondence with Erik Anderson regarding his work optimizing
especially the Ethernet (Metis) code, I realized that the USB (Ozy/Magister)
code no longer called ProcessWideBandData from the timer1_Tick routine,
which meant that the full spectrum (0-55mhz or so) was NO LONGER WORKING!

I've corrected that in my beta directory in version KISS 1.1.4, which has
work-in-progress support for Alex as well. If you are using (or want to
use) the Unified version with Ozy/Magister, I suggest that you get this
latest Beta version and try it out. Please note that in the future, ONLY
the Unified version of KISS will get new features and get released. We WILL
be phasing out the USB and Ethernet builds/versions of KISS.

That is, it's in:
"svn://svn.openhpsdr.org/repos_hpsdr_kiss/branches/K9TRV/KISS Konsole
Unified"

The above will likely be 'mangled' by Outlook to split the line, so be
careful to get it all (between the "" marks)!

73,
George K9TRV
