[hpsdr] Penelope firmware upgrade to 1.4

While waiting the arrival of Alex, I would like to upgrade Penelope to 
1.4.  I have done a "SVN Update" on 
svn://svn.openhpsdr.org/svn/repos_sdr_hpsdr/trunk/USBBlaster-Binaries 
without success.

I have seen the PenelopeV1.4.jic file posted by Kurt, DL9SM on 
hamsdr.com but I am still missing PenelopeV1.4.cdf to be able to update 
and run Program-Penelope-EPCS4.bat.

Any guidance will be welcome!
