[hpsdr] diversity program downloads

Hi Joe

I loaded up the August 10, 2011 diversity code for dual mercury boards this
morning and tried with my Ozy board. The program now loads ok and runs
fine. Thanks for taking the time to sort out the Ozy support files.

I have the setup on the workbench and am feeding my signal generator output
through a splitter. At 7 mhz the two signals from the splitter are phase
shifted only about 4 degrees. When these two signals are fed into the two
mercurys I am able to null the fundamental about 25 db with the point
control. Very impressive!

I have some power supply work to do (increasing my analog 5 volt supply
capability) and then I will move the setup to the shack and try it on the
air.

Thanks for all the fun, Joe.
