[hpsdr] Firmware upgrade to Metis

Hi,
I'm attempting to get the latest 2.2.3 going and am first confronted 
with need to upgrade.
Wiki info seems to be stuck back with JTAG methods, I am sure that Metis 
can upgrade Mercury and Penelope but I cannot find documentation on that.
Also, nothing on the Metis wiki on how to upgrade it's firmware.
I'll bet it's obvious, but will someone please assist me in finding it.
