The wiki should ideally be updated to explain for newcomers to the ghpsdr3 suite of software that:
hpsdr-server has to be fired up, then
dspserver has to be fired up
after which QtRadio can be run, and aimed at the machine running the server software on the network
I found hpsdr-server would only fire up if launched when in a directory containing the .hex and .rbf files; this was not clear from the wiki or README, unless I missed it
also, the need for additional package downloads described in the README could be deprecated somewhat, given the simplicity of the .deb installation now under newer releases of Debian which can autoinstall much of the qt4 stuff
I just got the LCD TV in the lounge to behave as a remote head.... this is really neat stuff...
