[hpsdr] installing ghpsdr3 on Ubuntu 11.10

try running ghpsdr from within the bin directory, by typing

./ghpsdr

failing that, maybe try to get ghpsdr3-alex running first as per
the ghpsdr3-alex howto v1.3 to make sure the various OS subsystems
like sound, usb, networking, requisite libraries and permissions
are OK before tackling the svn software. If you can get the
ghpsdr3-alex QtRadio package to work with you SDR as per the howto,
that should rule out a lot of gotchas.

When I run

~/ghpsdr3/trunk/bin/ghpsdr

or

~/ghpsdr3/trunk/bin/monitor



I have the hpsdr running well with Windows XP but I would
like to try it in Linux.
