[hpsdr] Metis - All now works

The extender card appears to have been causing the problem with
HPSDRProgrammer as well.  Phil, VK6APH suggests that Metis may drive things
too hard for the extender board.  I will verify that my extended board works
with Magister and post if it doesn't.

 

My problem with PowerSDR was caused by using an out of date version.  While
the version had a check box for Metis, it didn't work.  I downloaded the
.19.3 version from the website and all works fine.
