[hpsdr] Metis up and running

Hi All,
I was able to get my module working today. Also updated the firmware on Penny and Mercury. After a couple misfires I was able to get everything working. You have to read the manual carefully a few times then look at the appendix. My CPU usages is down around 10% at 192k sample speed. 
Power SDR audio settings seen better than the vrsion I was using. Frank WA1GFZ
