[hpsdr] Hera - Alpha Update

A major revision has been posted to the KA2NLM/Hera branch of KISS.  It is
an alpha revision.

 

Hera has been updated in a few significant ways:

 

1.  Support for Metis (Ethernet) has been added

2.  Windows are now resizable.

3.  A "Demo" option has been added for those who don't yet have radios.

 

The new update supports both USB and Ethernet options in one program.  You
must, of course, pick one or the other, not both.

 

Hera is derived from KISS and owes its existence to KISS.  Hera has not been
well tested for transmission.
