[hpsdr] Heterodyne Release 0.1.0.014

I have just placed Heterodyne release 0.1.0.014 on my website at:

Heterodyne is a retooled MacHPSDR to support Metis.  Please note that it currently *ONLY* supports Metis and not the older Magister/Ozy boards.  There are not significant external functionality changes to Heterodyne that you should be jealous of the Metis users.  Heterodyne has a new driver architecture that will eventually allow an Ozy/Magister driver to be written and included.  It's on my "to-do" list as soon as I get some other things polished off.  I'll make an announcement at that time and push Heterodyne out via the auto-updater to all of the current MacHPSDR users.

Please note that this version isn't as well tested as I'd like it to be.  The new driver architecture adds quite a bit of complexity to the system, and that may end up blowing up.  I'm mainly releasing this as a way for folks to "get started" with Metis and see how it goes.  I can say little but "it works okay for me" right now.  Folks are more than welcome to report bugs, but understand that because of the state of flux of things, it may take a while to get fixed.  Especially if it's not a "show stopper" or anything.

Sorry it's taken so long to get something out there for Mac folks, but I've had a lot on my plate.
