[hpsdr] Metis v6.3 firmware compatibility

I wasn't thinking clearly earlier.  Of course Metis v6.3 will be  
compatible with ANY of the variety of HPSDR programs that we have if  
those programs presently run successfully with Metis v1.0.  This  
should be true regardless of the platform the particular HPSDR program  
runs upon (Windows, OS-X, or Linux).  Am I not correct?

The reverse is not true, however.  The diversity programs must use  
Metis v6.3.
