[hpsdr] KK problem

Joe,
     Powered down Atlas and tried KK again... Just starting KK there is 
no indication that initozy runs ( unlike PSDR)..
If I run initozy11.bat manually from the KK release directory it appears 
to run and comes up with "load fpga suceeded"
and I hear a relay click..
    But KK still shows V0's for the fpga versions..  and a big blank in 
the center of KK
