[hpsdr] Error message on starting PowerSDR now (Metis)...

In theory PowerSDR should be looking at any and all NICs when it does
the Metis discovery broadcast, so no need to tell it where to
look. I've only got one NIC in my radio PC at the moment so I've
never actually tested this bit of theory (I feel a Fry's field trip
coming on...).

To debug further - can you run:
         PowerSDR.exe 2>&1 > runlog.txt
for your scenario and send me the resulting runlog.txt.

The other thing to debug it is to install Wireshark
(www.wireshark.org) and sniff the network adapter Metis is attached
to. Save the capture as .pcap file and send it to me and I'll take a
look at it. This will tell us what's going out/coming in on the wire.
