Is there a way to drive Penny with a higher level of audio,  like  ~one volt
line level,  rather than using the low level mic input?  I think line level
might overload the preamp, just like when we try it with any mic low level
input.  
 
Some guys like to use outboard audio gear and not depend on the software,
like me... :-)
 
Using an attenuator to reduce line level to mic level will only encourage
noise or hum problems from my experience.

Any solutions?
