[hpsdr] Building KISS Console (Specifically VK6APH version)

Hi Paul,

I've just uploaded V1.0.6 of KK to

svn://184.81.170.126/svn/repos_hpsdr_kiss/branches/VK6APH

This version compiles and runs on my hardware. It has a lot of untested Tx 
features (VOX, EQ, Noise Gate, RF Clipper etc) but the Rx seems solid.
