[hpsdr] diversity

Hi everyone,
I just got K5SO Joe's diversity working and it is very cool. Thanks Joe Martin and Phil Harman for the help.
I messed up my interface to the computer somehow when trying to load metis 1.3 and mercury 6.4.
a quick test between two antennas showed 20 to 30 dB null. I'll be putting up some low noise RX antennas to see how it plays later this summer. 1 more Atlas slot to fill. frank WA1GFZ
