[hpsdr] Metis/Hermes with multiple NICs in SDR host PC

Doug,
Those are the same subnet, more or less. (192.168.2.11 and 192.160.2.12 are
on the same subnet.)

So there is an improvement to KISS that I've submitted to Phil which
properly deals with multiple ethernet adapters on a single PC. This same
problem exists in all PowerSDR versions as well. It has to do with
discovery using the 'all-ip' address (255.255.255.255) on all adapters
simultaneously. If one sends the same packet out on each adapter
individually, then things start to work mushc better.

This should also deal with multiple Hermes as well as muliple Metis boards.
Once that KISS change is thoroughly vetted, the discovery changes may well
make their way into PowerSDR. There are at least 3 versions of PowerSDR:
Bill's, the 'new skins' version, and the diversity version.

George K9TRV
