[hpsdr] 600 meters

hi all,
Today I received a 600 meter license to operate over a number of band segments between 460kHz and 515 kHz. I wonder if there is a way to get Penny functional over that frequency range. Frank WA1GFZ, WE2XGR/8, WE2XGR/9
