[hpsdr] 600 meters

AFAIK, the OpenHPSDR hardware does not lock out any frequencies for transmit.  It's entirely a software decision on where transmission is allowed.  I believe there's a "band" file in PowerSDR that contains the appropriate frequencies.  I believe there is a discussion from a year or so ago about this file in the archives.
