[hpsdr] Ghpsdr3 build on Ubuntu 11.04.

Hello John G0ORX,

I'm Fredy I2HFS and I'm very fond of Linux. I'd like to build your ghpsdr3
server and client on Ubuntu 11.04 32bit and use it with my HPSDR
Metis-Mercury-Penelope wonderful transceiver.
Server compiles without problems, but receiver make stops with the following
error related to portaudio :

port_audio.c:49:5: error: ‘PaStreamParameters’ undeclared (first use in this
function)

I think it's related to a different version of portaudio library than the
one used to compile receiver by you.

Can you help me solving this problem ?
