[hpsdr] Fw: HPSDRProgrammer updates

John, 

You might want to try again.  I just downloaded the Windows32.zip folder and the 
HPSDRProgrammer.zip (for MacOS) files and they look like the latest and greatest 
to me.  I also checked the svn and it has the updated files as well.  The only 
issue I can see is the "Last Date Changed" on the OpenHPSDR.org site isn't 
updating properly.

This sounds great.
However I just downloaded the MacOS version and it seems to be the Feb 1 
version.
