[hpsdr] Virtual Audio Cable Setup

I have finally figured out how to configure my Windows 7 system so that I can record Line Input and application generated audio at the same time.  It requires the Virtual Audio Cable.
I use my receiver audio (an ICOM R7000) coming into Line Input, my Tone Generator software and record using my Spectrum Analyzer.
