[hpsdr] its time to program the Cards in my HPSDR

I have collected all the Cards,(Case,Powersupply,Motherboard and Fans) that 
are available now. I want to get it going.
What Software is recomended to control the HPSDR?

What Firmware do I use in the cards? I believe it's different depending on 
what software program you use to operate the radio.

My computor that I will be using has XP 3sp software.

If you know whats does work, please send it along.
