[hpsdr] Metis pays customs

Hi,

I just got a notice to pay customs to clear and receive my Metis.

£ 39.15 VAT
£  8.00 clearance fee

£ 47.15 total

It is around $ 75.00 USD

I am not sure if everybody got same but, next time we could do something different  to avoid that extra expense... for example sending the invoice separately, and send the card as "gift", for example.
