[hpsdr] QtRadio on the mac

Thanks to help from Dave KV0S sorting out makefile issues, I got QtRadio compiled on my Mac CoreDuo. 

With Server anid Dspser running on a linux box and QtRadio on the Mac connected by my wifi network I saw a data transfer rate of 29 KB/sec.  

Next step is to try and get the packets out of the home network and connect remotely.  Are there any write-ups anywhere for that?
