[hpsdr] PowerSDR 1.19.3 Fatal Error

[Maximo EA1DDO_HK1DX]

Hi,

I can not get the PowerSDR 1.19 running. The v1.10 is running fine.
When I try to run v1.19.3 it beggins to load all the stuff but when one or two seconds are left it comes up a "fatal error" window and stops.
The error window is;

Unable to load DLL file "JanusAudio.dll" (HRESULT:0x8007007E)

in PowerSDR.JanusAudio.GetC1Bits()
...
in System.Windows.Forms.CheckBox.OnCheckedChanged
...

Any idea?
