[hpsdr] FWD and REV Power Reading from 100W Amplifier

Hello Folks,

I'm trying to use a 100W homebrew Amplifier with Penelope and would like to
see the FWD and REV power readings on PowerSDR,
I know that U16 has four inputs meant for this purpose, but are these inputs
coded in the FPGA code and PowerSDR?
